Individual Counseling
Individual counseling is available for children through adult to treat a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, life adjustments, grief, mood disorders, self harm, and disordered eating. Our team of therapists use a variety of clinical techniques to best meet each individual's needs. All of our therapists have specialized training and are culturally competent.
Child Counseling / Play Therapy
We have several counselors trained in the use of play therapy for children as young as 3 years of age. Each of our offices has a fully equipped play therapy room for children. We do not offer ABA.
EMDR & Trauma Therapy
Our therapists are trained in a variety of approaches to treat trauma inlcuding Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR. Katheryn McLendon LCSW is EMDR Certified for the treatment of trauma.
Marriage & Family Counseling
We have 2 counselors that specialize in couples counseling. Our counselors use a combination of approaches including Gottman, IMAGO, and Family Systems to assist families in repairing and strengthening their relationships. Also, we offer family counseling to improve communication, address parenting and/or resolve family conflict. Pre-marital counseling is available upon request with some providers.
DBT Informed Therapy
Several of our counselors offer DBT informed treatment including the use of DBT skills, diary cards and chain analysis for the treatment of mood disorders, sucidal ideation, and self harm behavior.
Spiritual Counseling
Our spiritual counseling services can help you explore your beliefs and values, and develop a greater sense of purpose and fulfillment. Our experienced counselors provide guidance and support to help you connect with your spirituality and find meaning in your life. Christian counseling is offered by several counselors; however, our agency welcomes people from all faith backgrounds.
